Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for PACT in Horizon Behavioral Health providing comprehensive medical care and community-based nursing with 75% of care in the community. Responsibilities include basic nursing assessments, client/family education, diagnostic procedures, and executing physician orders; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team and may travel to Horizon sites. Requires Virginia RN license (BSN preferred); driving may be required; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays; ability to participate in behavioral intervention training and de-escalation as part of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited nursing program
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or appropriate multi-state license
- One year of RN nursing experience
