Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Neighborhoodcare Health’s Homeless & Housing Outreach Team (.8 FTE) provides outpatient primary care across the lifespan, including wound care, injections, chronic disease management, triage, patient education, and care coordination within an interdisciplinary team. The RN conducts care using the nursing process, supports virtual and telephone-based care, serves as a preceptor for students, and collaborates with care teams to improve patient outcomes while rotating among clinics and programs as needed. The role emphasizes motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and adherence to standing orders and evidence-based practices; travel to clinics is required as assigned. This grant-funded position requires licensure as an RN in Washington and completion of an accredited RN program, with compensation ranging from $39.48 to $48.83 per hour, finalized based on experience and location.
