Job Summary
Provide in-home registered nursing care to clients in Waltham and Marlborough, MA on a part-time basis. RN will self-direct home visits, advocate for clients, and oversee/paraphrase caregivers by creating, reviewing, and updating care plans; document according to policy; and communicate findings to the care team. The role includes acting as a liaison between clients, direct care workers, and management; providing education, training, and coaching to caregiving staff during placement and supervision visits; and performing routine nursing tasks as needed (medication fills, BP checks, catheter changes) when schedule allows. Schedule is Monday–Friday with flexible times and potential weekend/evening shifts. Prior home care experience is required; prior supervisory experience is helpful. Background check is required.
