Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, autonomous patient care in home settings, including wound care, injection and medication administration, IV monitoring, and patient/caregiver education. Manage patient needs while operating monitors, identifying equipment, and documenting care via frequent computer use and typing. Transfer patients, ambulate individuals, and navigate crowded environments to distribute supplies and operate portable equipment. Maintain a current driver's license for vehicle operation and adhere to Monday through Friday business hours with rotating call and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for healthcare providers
- Current driver's license, insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current driver's license, insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Two years working as an RN
- Previous experience in an Acute Care, Home Health, or Hospice setting
