Registered Nurse - Home Heath (Pediatrics)

Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and care for wounds and personal hygiene. Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. This role supports a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to clients. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with no overtime required.
