Job Summary
Provide professional nursing services to individuals in the home through assessment, planning, care, and evaluation in accordance with physicians' orders, the established plan of care, patient diagnosis, corporate policy, and the Nurse Practice Act. Carry primary care management functions for assigned patients and safely administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care. May require specialized skills depending on VNA assignment. Work full-time, 72 hours biweekly, with a 9a-9:30p schedule every 4th weekend and 2 holidays annually. Sign-on bonus eligible.
