Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to adult and geriatric clients in Howard County, performing assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Follow designated care plans, execute and document doctors' orders, and perform client assessments as necessary. Monitor patient conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager, while managing case coordination and utilizing a touch pad tablet for accurate documentation of observations and interventions.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
