Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in home health settings per individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care and treatments; perform client assessments, provide education to patients and/or families, and document observations and interventions in a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet; participate in a multidisciplinary team to support patients remaining at home. This full-time RN role is based in Oahu with locations including Waikiki, Kahala, Waialae, and Hawaii Kai, Hawaii, and offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities such as PSLF eligibility and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Hawaii
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units
