Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in West Baltimore County territories, including Upperco, Owings Mills, Reisterstown, and Randallstown. Execute assigned duties such as medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures while following designated care plans. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers. Execute and document doctors' orders, manage case coordination, and accurately record observations using a touch pad tablet. Requires current Maryland RN license, one year of clinical experience, and HH/Oasis proficiency. Base pay ranges from $55.00 to $62.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- Per Diem requires current HH/Oasis experience

- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
