Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in Cecil County, Maryland, following designated care plans and administering medications, wound care, and treatments. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to managers while executing and documenting doctors' orders. Manage case coordination and accurately record observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current MD RN license with at least one year of clinical experience and ability to travel. Base pay ranges from $55.00 to $62.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in MD.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
