Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in designated territories throughout Hazleton, administering medications, wound care, and treatments while following designated care plans. Monitor client conditions, report changes to managers, and perform necessary assessments. Execute and document doctors' orders, manage case coordination, and accurately record observations using a touch pad tablet. Requires a current Pennsylvania RN license, one year of clinical experience, and ability to travel. Flexible schedules offered with a sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
