Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients in Maryland, administering medications, wound care, and treatments while monitoring conditions and reporting changes to managers. Execute and document doctors' orders, perform client assessments, and manage case coordination using a touch pad tablet. Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations per designated care plans. Requires a current Maryland RN license with at least one year of clinical experience; base pay ranges from $55.00 to $62.00 per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
