Float to inpatient and specialty units as Staffing Pool RN supporting multiple patient populations; administer medications and treatments, monitor and document patient status, educate patients and families, participate in discharge planning and care transitions, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives while precepting or mentoring less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to float to multiple inpatient and specialty areas
