Registered Nurse / Home Health / PRN

Assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients while creating home health care plans aligned with medical orders and patient goals. Direct nursing care by administering medications and treatments, manage pain and symptoms, and educate family members and caregivers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
