Job Summary
Provide skilled home health nursing to older adults in private duty settings, including wound care, IV therapy, and administration of medications; manage patients with complex needs (e.g., ventilators, tracheostomies, feeding tubes); educate patients and families on disease management and equipment use; coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other providers; maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure infection-control compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California registered nurse license
- 3 years of experience as a registered nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Active California Drivers license and car insurance
- Cell phone with Internet Access
