Job Summary
Provide skilled, in-home care to patients of all ages across Benton, Washington, and Carroll counties while utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes. Evaluate care effectiveness provided by other direct caregivers and coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients, uphold patient rights, and ensure confidentiality in alignment with Mercy's mission and Service Standards. Full-time Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with rotating weekend and call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited nursing school
- Current state licensure
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule
