Job Summary
Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients of all ages across Benton, Washington, and Carroll counties under physician direction. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes while evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Work full-time Monday through Friday with rotating weekend and call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited nursing school
- Current state licensure
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Full-time employment
- Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule
- Rotating weekend requirements
- Call requirements
