Job Summary
Conduct home health nursing services and case management for patients in the San Antonio, TX area. Make home visits to clients, perform assessments, administer medication, and provide wound care and treatments. Execute and document doctors' orders while monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to managers. Follow designated care plans and coordinate services using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet. Maintain a valid RN license, one year of clinical experience, and a driver's license with insurance. Full-time employment includes 80 hours of PTO, six paid holidays, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand
- Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year clinical experience is preferred
- HCHB EMR knowledge is desired
