Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) supports patient recovery and the ability to stay at home by educating patients and families on disease management, case managing and providing clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team. Requires RN license in the state of work, two years of nursing experience (home health preferred), valid driver’s license, and current CPR/BCLS certification. Emphasizes compassionate, community-focused care and a culture of belonging within Compassus/Ascension at Home. The role involves delivering home-based care across a network of access points and collaborating with the care team to improve quality of life for patients living at home.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
