Registered Nurse - Home Health & Hospice - part time positions!

Coordinate a whole person plan of care for patients of all ages under physician direction, ensuring accountability for direct and indirect quality care. Manage medical requirements while following the nursing process and the Nurse Practice Act, accepting professional development as integral to practice. Collaborate with other health care team members in a collegial relationship to support individualized patient needs. Requires Oregon or Washington Registered Nurse License, two years of medical/surgical experience, and proficiency with electronic medical record software. Part-time schedule of 32 hours/week with multiple shifts available.
