Job Summary
Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health servicing Palm Beach County. Must have an active Florida RN license, 3+ years RN experience, and OASIS E1 assessment experience. Knowledge of Home Health policies/procedures and excellent verbal/written communication skills are required. Axxess Home Health EHR experience would be a plus.
