Registered Nurse Home Health Franklin NC Team

Provides coordinated skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and maintain high-quality care. Performs in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of the Clinical Manager. Responsibilities include completing OASIS, assessment and visit documentation, communicating significant findings to the Clinical Manager and physician, and documenting interventions. Supervises and provides clinical direction to home health aides and LPNs/LVNs to ensure continuity of services, and participates in on-call rotation per agency policy. Eligible for benefits and sign-on bonus; location specified as Franklin, NC with on-site requirements.
