Job Summary
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) provides in-home nursing care to support patient recovery and independence, with case management and clinical oversight of an interdisciplinary team. Educates patients and families on disease management, coordinates care plans, and helps patients achieve healthcare goals while enabling them to stay at home. Requires an active RN license in the work state, CPR/BCLS certification, and a valid driver's license; two years of RN experience (home health preferred). Emphasizes compassionate, inclusive care and opportunities for career development within Compassus' home-based services.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state you work
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
- Current driver’s license
- Current CPR and BCLS certification
