Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, monitor patient conditions, and report changes. Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment options while maintaining accurate care records. Oversee Home Health Aides and ensure appropriate documentation completion. Manage care for patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization to help them regain independence. Full-time 40-hour schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Requires current RN licensure, one year of nursing experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- One year Nursing experience
- TB screening
- Personal vehicle liability insurance
