Job Summary
Conduct home health visits to clients in designated geographic territories in Tucson, Arizona, following a designated care plan. Administer medications, perform wound care and treatments, and monitor client conditions while reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers. Execute and document doctors' orders, perform client assessments, and manage case coordination using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for accurate documentation of observations and interventions. Requires a current AZ RN license, one year of clinical experience, and ability to travel to assigned cases.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in AZ
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
