Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for clients in Horry and Georgetown Counties while administering medications, wound care, and treatments per designated care plans. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to managers, and execute doctor's orders with accurate documentation via electronic tablet. Perform client assessments and manage case coordination for assigned geographic territories. Requires current SC RN license, one year of clinical experience, and ability to travel. Preferred qualifications include prior home care experience and EMR proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in SC
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Previous oasis home health experience
- Prior home care experience
- Prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
