Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization. Perform 1:1 direct care in clients' homes, develop care plans, conduct assessments, administer medications, wound care, and other skilled tasks. Progress clients from discharge toward their goals at home; educate patients and families. Travel locally to cases as assigned and collaborate with a larger interdisciplinary care team. Opportunities include flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules; ongoing training and career development. Active and current RN license required; one year of clinical experience preferred; home health care experience welcomed but not required.
