Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, primarily responsible for creating and managing personalized care plans for patients. The role entails coordinating with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, administering medications while monitoring for side effects, documenting any changes in patient conditions, and maintaining accurate records of patient care. Candidates must be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in their state of employment and should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- First aid/CPR certification required
