Job Summary
Provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician, coordinating total plans of care with other health care professionals to ensure continuity. Plan and exchange information with physicians, agency personnel, patients, families, and community resources within a Point of Care setting. Cover the North Augusta area. This role requires a Registered Nurse with Georgia State Licensure and CPR certification, offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Current Drivers License
