Job Summary
Manage patient care plans and coordinate home health services for clients in York County, PA and surrounding areas. Conduct weekly visits to monitor patient status, update medical records, and communicate with families and physicians as needed. Maintain valid CPR certification and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards. Requires one year of RN experience, current state licensure, and ability to travel to all business locations. Full-time per-visit compensation ranges from $91,000 to $101,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- One (1) year experience as a RN
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver
- Must have an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
- Must have an automobile that is in good working order
- Ability to travel to all business locations
