Registered Nurse, Home Health 10k Sign On Bonus (Eligible)

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and educate families on disease management and treatment options. Maintain accurate records, coordinate with professionals, and oversee Home Health Aides' documentation. Report progress to the physician and Clinical Manager. Requires current RN licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Scheduled 40 weekly hours at a pay rate of $49.00–$69.00 per visit. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
