Job Summary
Provide general nursing care in an outpatient OB/GYN and General Surgery clinic setting. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care; prioritization and triage of care delivery; administering prescribed medications; documenting health histories and patient data; educating patients and families about health status and care management; coordinating with physicians and the care team; and participating in quality assurance activities. Must have RN licensure in Montana, 1 year clinic/hospital experience, BLS/ACLS, and be able to work 40 hours per week (five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts) in Miles City. Preferred BSN and/or IBCLC or wound care certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required
- Current/valid Registered Nurse license from the state licensing board is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required
- One (1) year related experience in a clinic or acute hospital nursing setting is required
