Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery, while collaborating with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs, weekend plus one options, and short-term assignments. Encompass Health is a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 locations nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
