Registered Nurse

Provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across a continuum of services including emergency care, medical-surgical, diagnostics, and rehabilitative therapies. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; monitor patient status; respond promptly to changes in condition using clinical judgment. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions to promote understanding, safety, and long-term wellness. Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to ensure seamless transitions of care and an excellent patient experience within a collaborative interdisciplinary team and a culture focused on teamwork, communication, and continuous learning.
