Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) sought for geriatric-focused care at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Responsibilities include administering medications as ordered, supervising nursing assistants and orderlies, assisting physicians with rounds, providing direct patient care during rounds and procedures, adhering to infection control and universal precautions, documenting treatments, supporting quality of nursing care through records and assessments, coordinating with attending physicians on annual physicals and admissions, and participating in in-service training and staff meetings. Must maintain license, comply with regulations, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current, valid RN license from North Carolina Board of Nursing
- CPR certified yearly
