Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Provide extensive training to families and the care team while managing initial weeks of homecare. Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care, with required experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent settings. Work within a team-based environment as an extension of a hospital care team, supported by on-the-job training and scholarship opportunities. Full-time and part-time scheduling available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $45 to $50.
Required Qualifications
- current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- at least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
- demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
