Job Summary
HICU Health Services Hospital at Home Nurses provide pediatric nurse care in home settings, delivering one-on-one skilled nursing to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home. Work in a team-based environment as an extension of a hospital care team, supporting family training and ongoing care for the initial weeks of homecare. Responsibilities include caring for pediatric clients at home, infusion and ventilator/tracheostomy care, and collaborating with the family and care team to ensure quality care. Eligible nurses will be LPNs with at least one year of verifiable experience, NICU/PICU/ICU or home-care trach/vent experience, and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care; benefits include weekly pay, PTO, health insurance options, 401(k) with company match, trainings, and referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Have a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Have a least one year of verifiable work experience as an LPN
- NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience required
- Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (demonstrated in home or lab)
