Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home in the New Castle, DE area. Provide extensive training to families and the care team while managing initial weeks of homecare. Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care within a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team. Requires a current RN license with at least one year of verifiable experience and NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent background. Full-time and part-time scheduling available with weekly pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
