Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from the hospital to home in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Provide extensive training to families and the ongoing care team while managing initial weeks of homecare. Demonstrate competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care within a team-based environment acting as an extension of a hospital care team. Requires a current LPN license with at least one year of verifiable work experience and NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience. Full-time and part-time scheduling available with competitive hourly pay ranging from $45 to $50.
