Registered Nurse - Hematology/Oncology and Medical - RN

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care for assigned patients within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, informal leadership activities, and quality improvement efforts. Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, patient acuity, fiscal accountability, and resource adequacy. Possess excellent communication skills for mentoring and teaching; participate on committees or projects. A subset of employees may be required to drive their personal vehicle. This role is eligible for TN sponsorship requiring state licensure and VisaScreen certification.
