Job Summary
Provide direct patient care including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records, educate patients and families on conditions and preventive care, and respond to medical emergencies. Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain nursing competencies. Requires NMC registration and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
