Job Summary
Review and abstract clinical data in MiEMR to support HEDIS and CCBHC measures, identifying and tracking gaps in care for labs, screenings, and follow-ups. Coordinate with psychiatry, nursing, access, and care teams to ensure service completion, while monitoring quality dashboards and performance metrics. Ensure accurate documentation for compliance and audits, and provide staff education on HEDIS measures and workflows. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal audits to close care gaps for youth and adults with behavioral health and co-occurring medical conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Michigan
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical experience (behavioral health or integrated care preferred)
- Experience with HEDIS, quality improvement, or population health preferred
- Familiarity with CCBHC and DWIHN requirements preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
