Registered Nurse for Heart Failure/Cardiac units at Yale New Haven Health System. Provides patient-centered professional nursing care within the CT Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards, demonstrates leadership and collaboration, coordinates care across the healthcare team, supports evidence-based practice, and adheres to the organization’s values and professional practice model. BSN preferred; licensure in Connecticut required; opportunities to participate in specialized cardiac units including heart failure, cardiology, and post-operative care for procedures such as CABG, valve replacement, and device management (pacemaker/ICD).
