Registered Nurse – Heart Failure Coordinator

Registered Nurse – Heart Failure Coordinator role on a Cardiac ICU/Neuro-focused unit. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial conditions, developing and documenting individualized plans of care, coordinating and evaluating care with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, precepting new staff, serving as charge nurse, and applying competencies in neuro assessment, airway management, suctioning, and care of patients with devices and complex cardiac conditions. Requires BSN preferred, CT licensure, and current BCLS; opportunity to work across specialized cardiac units within the health system.
