Job Summary
RN at The Glenview at Pelican Bay is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants; duties include directing day-to-day nursing assistant functions, documenting shift activities, transcribing physician orders, charting nursing notes, administering medications, ensuring narcotics records accuracy, reviewing care plans, and maintaining resident information confidentiality. Requires active Florida RN license, CPR, nursing degree, background check, and ability to work full-time night shift (7pm-7am) with every-other-weekend requirement; vaccination status may be reviewed.
Required Qualifications
- Florida State Licensed Registered Nurse License
- CPR Certification
- Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or graduation from an approved RN program
- Florida State RN license
- Pass extensive criminal background check and drug screen
