Registered Nurse

Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) primarily provides patient care and manages intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients. Responsibilities include performing initial patient assessments, documenting care plans, providing education to patients or caregivers, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with healthcare providers. Other duties may involve hyperbaric oxygen therapy tasks upon completion of training, serving as a Case Manager, and functioning as a Documentation Assistant as per policy. Required skills include demonstrated competency in Basic Life Support, strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
