Job Summary
Direct, direct-care nursing in an adult primary care setting. Provide nursing judgments and care planning for patients; perform telephone triage and coordinate care through collaboration with PCP and LPN; assist with scheduling and referrals, medication reconciliation, symptom assessment, and patient education; communicate effectively with patients and health-care team; demonstrate clinical proficiency, teamwork, advocacy, and commitment to professional development in a part-time role with day shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- License Registered Nurse
- American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate
- Experience: 1-3 years related work experience required
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred
