Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring they deliver high-quality resident support. Maintain compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Requires an active Illinois RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and ability to work every other weekend. Full-time roles offer $40-$45 hourly wages with comprehensive benefits; part-time positions provide flexible scheduling and transition opportunities to full-time status.
