Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting by administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans while collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and respond to changes in resident conditions, offering clinical leadership during your shift. Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Full-time positions require 30+ hours per week with every other weekend availability; part-time roles offer flexible scheduling. Active Illinois RN license and accredited nursing program graduation required.
