Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and respond to changes in resident conditions to provide clinical leadership during shifts. Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies. Requires an active Illinois RN license and experience in long-term care or skilled nursing. Full-time roles offer 30+ hours per week with medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and daily pay access.
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work every other weekend
